Boulder Landscape, LLC was officially founded by Harry Woytko, Jr, in 2006, which evolved out of a wholesale tree growing operation that began in the late 1980’s, known as Paulena Nursery. Harrison Woytko took over the leading role as president of the company in 2018.
Our focus is to design and build outdoor spaces tailored to the owner’s environment and enjoyment. We are detail oriented and focused on high quality construction and efficient methods in completing projects. We offer a wide variety of solutions in the outdoor living market along with typical maintenance services for both residential and commercial customers.
Boulder Landscape, LLC has established a strong safety reputation within the Concrete Masonry and Hardscapes Association’s safety program, consistently earning its top‑tier Platinum Safety Award for maintaining a zero‑injury record over multiple years.

PRESIDENT
Harrison has worked in the green industry beginning in high school. He has been working full time with Boulder Landscape, LLC since 2014, acting as the Operations Manager before becoming President of the company in 2018.
Prior to working at Boulder, he has served in a variety of engineering roles in the manufacturing and oil field sectors. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware.
While being responsible for all operations of the company, Harrison is still in the field daily and is involved in all phases of excavation, hardscape, & pool projects.
Along with Boulder being a company member of the CMHA (Concrete & Masonry Hardscapes Association), Harrison serves on multiple CMHA committees and is currently the Chair of The Hardscapes Construction Sub-committee. He also is an authorized CMHA instructor and teaches paver & wall installation classes in the winter months.
Harrison resides in Berwick, PA and spends his free time with family, friends, and his golden retriever Frankie. He enjoys traveling along with spending time in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY.
